Carolyn Pyret

Prior to founding Caring Solutions, Carolyn worked with a national referral agency where she assisted families in finding the best options available in senior living. That experience opened the door for her to work as a Marketing Director for a large Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Carolyn's career continued in the medical field working with durable medical equipment as well as home care and hospice. She brings all of her experience to Caring Solutions where she specializes in helping families find the right long or short term solutions including: in home private duty or certified home-care, hospice, skilled nursing, residential care homes, assisted living and memory care.
Carolyn's enthusiasm and gifts of serving, nurturing, and guiding has helped motivate her through most of her life, whether it is in the form of helping seniors, volunteering or serving on various boards in the community.
Whitney Hodgman

Whitney has been working in the healthcare industry since 2008. She has a BA from Alma College in Marketing and a nursing degree from Lansing Community College. She planned to work in pediatrics but found a passion for working with older adults. She has experience working in a physician's office, a hospital setting, a skilled nursing facility, an assisted living community and with two homecare and hospice agencies. She joined Caring Solutions in 2019 and knows that she has found her calling. She loves connecting with families and utilizing her experience to help them navigate the (often confusing) world of senior living.
Whitney lives in Holt and enjoys spending time with her three grown children. In her free time she enjoys running, yoga and traveling. Her goal is to build a relationship with each of her clients, simplify the process of finding the best senior living option for them and guide them throughout the process with clear, concise and accurate information.
Stacey Grover

Stacey Grover has joined the Caring Solutions Team! She is a Hope College graduate who has a life-long passion for serving the senior population. She has many years of experience as a caregiver in various health care settings including memory care, assisted living, skilled nursing, and rehab. Stacey most recently worked as a Life Enrichment Director for six years combined at two local assisted living communities.
She remains passionate about embracing and enjoying each day at all stages of life. Stacey enjoys gardening, traveling, trying new recipes, and cooking with her family.
Nicole Bebee

Nicole has spent over 30 years helping and guiding seniors and their families – starting by working as a Home Health Aide when she was only 16 years old! Since then, her career has evolved , but she has stayed focused on serving our seniors.
Nicole has worked as a Referral and Relations Coordinator where she met with families to assess and guide them to needed services. She joined the Alzheimer’s Association, providing support and counsel to seniors living with dementia and their families.
Nicole is excited to use her unique skills, experience and connections with our community to guide seniors and their families when looking for the best senior living community.

At Caring Solutions, we work with you at NO COST in locating an Assisted Living, Independent Living, Residential Care Home, Alzheimer/Dementia Care, or Retirement Community. We will assist you and your loved ones while you make an educated decision on the right home and the right care. Our goal is to provide seniors with options that meet their medical, social, spiritual, and financial needs.
We will begin with a personal meeting to discuss options and determine your particular wishes and preferences. Based on that assessment, we will refer you to communities that meet your loved ones' needs. This narrows down your search and allows you to focus on making the right decision.
Once we assist you and your family in making an informed and confident decision, we are there to help with the moving transition. Once your loved one is moved into their new home, we stay connected to ensure your satisfaction.
KEY SIGNS
It's not easy to know if your loved one can no longer live alone.
Here are a few key signs of when Assisted Living may become necessary:
Is there no food or expired food in the refrigerator?
Does your loved one have bruises from falling down?
Is your loved one wearing the same clothes as when you last met?
